翅片管换热器是指选用翅片管作为首要换热元件的换热器,当介质换热状态为油-油,水-水,气-气等等的热交换场合,往往不需要加装翅片,因为管内外两边的传热系数都差不多,加工翅片没有任何含义,反而影响了介质的活动,对于传热是不利的。当然,站在强化传热的角度,对于怎么进步翅片管换热器的传热总系数也是有值得学习的当地。当管内外传热膜系数相差较大的时分,应该选用翅片管来添加传热系数不足一面的触摸面积,以弥补传热才能不足的问题。所以,在规划翅片管换热器的时分,翅片都是加在传热系数较差的一面。如蒸汽加热空气,空气的传热才能很低,就应该加工翅片,因为管内加工翅片的难度比较高,那就在管外加工翅片。当然,空气就只能在管外活动,也契合了规划原则“管内走高温高压的介质,管外走低温低压的介质”。
